Pellegrini Hails Aguero's Return from Injury

Sergio Aguero: Man City boss Pellegrini hails striker's return

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini stressed the importance of Sergio Aguero after the striker scored on his return from a calf injury to help beat Blackburn in their FA Cup replay.
The 25-year-old Argentine has been out since 14 December but came off the bench to score as City won 5-0 to book a fourth-round tie at home to Watford.
Pellegrini said: "It's important that Sergio came back and scored, which he did with his first touch.
"We have so many games at this stage."
The Chilean boss added: "Also to play 25 minutes will be important for him because he is fit after injury but he must be working on his fitness again."

City face a crucial three weeks in the Premier League and domestic cup competitions as Pellegrini is setting to pursue a quadruple in England this season.
After hosting struggling Cardiff in the league on Saturday, they face West Ham in the second leg of their Capital One Cup semi-final - albeit with a 6-0 lead from the first leg.
Following Watford's visit in the FA Cup, Pellegrini's side travel to sixth-placed Tottenham in the Premier League before hosting title contenders Chelsea on 3 February, with Jose Mourinho's side currently a point behind them in the league table.
City return to European competition on 18 February when they host Barcelona in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
Their latest rout saw them chalk up their 99th goal in all competitions this season, with Alvaro Negredo and Edin Dzeko both scoring twice against Championship side Blackburn.
Negredo, who joined City in the summer from Sevilla for £20m, is now the club's top scorer this season on 21 goals, with Aguero on 20 and Dzeko 15.
And Pellegrini said he wanted his side to continue in the same vein as they look set to break goalscoring records this term.
"It's an important amount of goals," he said.
"I repeat when I arrived here it was important to try and win a trophy but in the way this team must play and it's important for the fans to come here and know that we are going to try and score the most amount of goals we can."
He added: "This is a good moment of the season. I do not know if it is the best - we have another three months and how we end it is very important. And the best way to do it is to try to play every game like a final."
Aguero said on Twitter: "I want to thank City's fans for the warm welcome. And also all of the physicians and therapists of Manchester City that helped me recover."

Former Members of Outlawed Sect,Mungiki Answer to Kenya's Unemployment Crisis

No more Hustling, Vows Former Members of Outlawed Sect By Henry Onyango The current unemployment rate in Kenya and most of the third world countries is alarming. The most affected quarter of the population is the youth, that which commands the greatest number. Several plans by the leaders to respond to the unending crisis have so far been a battle in futility as the number increases daily, monthly and annually probably due to the increased birth rate and bad governance in these lowly developed nations. Kenya’s infamous 2007-2008 post poll chaos where over one thousand people lost their lives and hundreds of thousands misplaced is a clear indicator of the phenomenon.   The idle youth were used by some politicians and the rich to loot, kill and injure those they considered their rivals for their own political good and supremacy. Any group of youth during this time that seemed united was easily brought into these rather shoddy deals that would later lead to criminal...
Why we Have to Fight Human Trafficking from Within our Borders By Henry Onyango for The Seed Magazine  Coming to the city of lights and tall buildings that is Nairobi, is often an attractive prospect for many young girls and boys who have lived most of their lives in the village. Ruth Nafula 14, not her real name, had just completed her standard eight exams in 2014 when she got her first opportunity to travel to Nairobi. Her aunt who lives in Kawangware also convinced her to stay on and secure a job as a house help, for some time before joining secondary school. Nafula was excited as she hoped she would now be able to help her mother who was ailing back at home by buying her food and medicine. This however, was not to be the case. Nafula’s aunt handed her over to the prospective employer within the sprawling slums where she worked for only a month before ‘escaping’ never to be seen again. According to the neighbours, Nafula was often mistreated...

Thailand Rapid Economic Growth,Points to Note

Looking at the infrastructures and improved communication system in one of my recent company trip to the far south Asia in Thailand, Kenya has a long way to go to attain its envisaged goals as entitled in the vision 2030 plans. The state of roads and the rail system is far much outstretched with modern rail system and effective police service.  In a nut shell everything modern even though the nation capital, Bangkok is still struggling with floods and lately political unrest. The City remains adorable. Tourism sector, one of the highly valued foreign exchange earners second to rice farming is highly valued both within the capital city and all other surrounding centers and towns. For security reasons, all taxis in the city have been marked and painted either green or red with the drivers’ particulars and photo coupled with the car registration details displayed inside the car. In Chiang Mai the far North of the country that is renowned for elephants v...
