Pellegrini Hails Aguero's Return from Injury

Sergio Aguero: Man City boss Pellegrini hails striker's return

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini stressed the importance of Sergio Aguero after the striker scored on his return from a calf injury to help beat Blackburn in their FA Cup replay.
The 25-year-old Argentine has been out since 14 December but came off the bench to score as City won 5-0 to book a fourth-round tie at home to Watford.
Pellegrini said: "It's important that Sergio came back and scored, which he did with his first touch.
"We have so many games at this stage."
The Chilean boss added: "Also to play 25 minutes will be important for him because he is fit after injury but he must be working on his fitness again."

City face a crucial three weeks in the Premier League and domestic cup competitions as Pellegrini is setting to pursue a quadruple in England this season.
After hosting struggling Cardiff in the league on Saturday, they face West Ham in the second leg of their Capital One Cup semi-final - albeit with a 6-0 lead from the first leg.
Following Watford's visit in the FA Cup, Pellegrini's side travel to sixth-placed Tottenham in the Premier League before hosting title contenders Chelsea on 3 February, with Jose Mourinho's side currently a point behind them in the league table.
City return to European competition on 18 February when they host Barcelona in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
Their latest rout saw them chalk up their 99th goal in all competitions this season, with Alvaro Negredo and Edin Dzeko both scoring twice against Championship side Blackburn.
Negredo, who joined City in the summer from Sevilla for £20m, is now the club's top scorer this season on 21 goals, with Aguero on 20 and Dzeko 15.
And Pellegrini said he wanted his side to continue in the same vein as they look set to break goalscoring records this term.
"It's an important amount of goals," he said.
"I repeat when I arrived here it was important to try and win a trophy but in the way this team must play and it's important for the fans to come here and know that we are going to try and score the most amount of goals we can."
He added: "This is a good moment of the season. I do not know if it is the best - we have another three months and how we end it is very important. And the best way to do it is to try to play every game like a final."
Aguero said on Twitter: "I want to thank City's fans for the warm welcome. And also all of the physicians and therapists of Manchester City that helped me recover."

Former Members of Outlawed Sect,Mungiki Answer to Kenya's Unemployment Crisis

No more Hustling, Vows Former Members of Outlawed Sect By Henry Onyango The current unemployment rate in Kenya and most of the third world countries is alarming. The most affected quarter of the population is the youth, that which commands the greatest number. Several plans by the leaders to respond to the unending crisis have so far been a battle in futility as the number increases daily, monthly and annually probably due to the increased birth rate and bad governance in these lowly developed nations. Kenya’s infamous 2007-2008 post poll chaos where over one thousand people lost their lives and hundreds of thousands misplaced is a clear indicator of the phenomenon.   The idle youth were used by some politicians and the rich to loot, kill and injure those they considered their rivals for their own political good and supremacy. Any group of youth during this time that seemed united was easily brought into these rather shoddy deals that would later lead to criminal...

Mama Tunza beating odds to help orphans

By Henry Onyango In Kibiko estate at the foot of Ngong hills a woman is struggling to perform a role most  women will  shy away from. Her role is caring for the little children whose parents have either abandoned or are deceased. Dimina Khasiala Kahi, 52 left her house help job she did for 20 years before meeting the maiden role of taking care of the orphaned children .She is currently the director and founder of Tunza children’s center based in Ngong.  Mrs. Kahi says that she never planned to own a children’s home at any one time but it was only by fortune that she found herself into the activity that has helped many abandoned children in coming from several  parts of the country get a feeling of what their mother failed to offer.  She narrates how one early morning back in 1997 before going  to work in Westlands she saw and fetched a brown carton covered with polythene sheets all over at the dumping site near her place at Kibera’s  Makina estate. She...

Gaitho got it wrong

I n response to toda y's article in the Daily Nation on gay marriages and the consequent denouncement of the prime ministers move to arrest gays, I beg to disagree with Macharia Gaitho's view on the same.   To the argument of Gaitho you are terming the vice imaginary and no one can be liable for any action related or associated to it.Am sure at the time you were writing this article with the expertise and the experience you have in journalism you did not ascertain the fact that the number of gays and lesbians in Kenya is on the rise.Already, for your information a body is in place to fight for the rights of the gays and lesbians living in Kenya dubbed the gay and lesbian coalition of Kenya. Mr Gaitho you better listen to your conscience and learn to know that gaysm is not an imaginary act and its an of fence to practice it in Kenya. Mr Odinga could as well have succumbed to pressure from the clergy to stress the fact the new constitution do not  legitimi...
